£30 for 30 days for one person.

ANNIE BRISLEN·

I have put together this shopping list & meal plan to fit the kind of meals that I eat myself. Obviously, this suits me but may not suit you. It may however give you some ideas to prepare your own plan – I hope so.

STARTER PACK of things that will last at least 3 months:-

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs – 30 g
  • Medium curry powder
  • Tomato puree
  • Marmite
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking powder
  • Mayo
  • Lentils
  • Sultanas
  • Peanut butter

TOTAL COST £9.60

At the end of the month, I expect to have a few things left to carry over into the next month & so there will be some leeway in a few months to replace these.
