Meal Plan for 4 for £32.98

A white table top, with a laptop and keyboard, a green plant with leafs, and a black and white notebook and week planner/calendar

Plan by Kirsty Wallace

Hiya, I saw how well received the weekly plan was so here is mine £32.98 for a family of 4 which isn’t quite a pound a day but it could be reduced if you got rid of the treats 🙈
I’d use my slow cooker to make the soup, braised cabbage (with one of the apples and a pinch of sugar) curry, and the pie filling, to keep costs down

  1. Thank you for all the work that goes into these posts. I am sure many people will benefit from their content.
I do find them very confusing to read though, the formatting and appearance of the page and the Christmas meal plan in particular make it impossible to understand what is in each meal. Is there someone ‘tech’ who can sort this out for you?
    In gratitude

    1. i’ve posted this exactly as the person who created it listed it. If you are on Feed yourself for £1 a day you can ask the creator of the shopping list. I can however, try to get her to explain a little more and update the list

    2. Hiya Liz, thanks for your feedback ❤️ I’ve checked the Christmas plan and the ingredients are all listed below each meal title which is in bold. I wonder if it looks different for you on a different device? Kirsty x

  2. Thank you Pat for your reply. Wishing you a very Happy Christmas. Extending huge gratitude for all your hard work, and care for those struggling
