Ingredients
- 80-100g of pasta per person (I cooked 300g)
- 1 packet mushroom soup (or a tin or two)
- 5 small/medium mushrooms-optional
- 1 or 2 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 tub of soft cheese
- Half a cooked cauliflower-mashed
- 2 medium carrots cooked and sliced-mashed
- 3 slices of bread-crumbed
Method
- I used precooked leftovers of Cauli and Carrots so cook these first and mash them.
- Put 300g of pasta on to boil
- Meanwhile, make up the packet of mushroom soup according to directions.
- Wash and slice mushrooms and add them to the soup.
- While everything is cooking turn 3 slices of bread into breadcrumbs.
- As soon as soup is boiling take off heat and add the mashed vegetables.
- Add to pasta which is “nearly” cooked.
- Mix soup/veg/pasta together in the pan of soup if it is big enough
- Put into a suitably sized dish
- Top with breadcrumbs
- Bake at Gas 5 until browned.
