Double Decker Scones

These are my Double Decker Scones. I roll mine thinner and stack them in twos so they slice really easily without making lots of crumbs or breaking. This is how my Mum taught me. I made these Vegan so used Vitalite and oat milk but you can also use any baking margarine or baking fat.
